Cancellation & refund policy.

1. Cancellation timeframes
- 30+ days before check-in — 100% refund (full reservation amount)
- Between 7 and 30 days before check-in — 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in — non-refundable
2. No-show policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
3. Refund processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s handling time. We process refunds through the original payment method (Stripe / credit card / bank transfer).
4. Payment terms
Full payment is required prior to arrival in accordance with the booking confirmation details. For Estate buyouts, custom payment terms apply and are specified in the quote.
5. Force majeure
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions affecting Costa Rica, etc.), we may offer date-change credits in addition to or in lieu of refunds at our discretion.
6. How to cancel
To cancel a reservation, email us at hola@noricr.com with your booking reference. Cancellations take effect from the time the email is received. WhatsApp messages can be used for faster contact but the formal cancellation must be confirmed by email.
7. Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds or this policy will be resolved according to Costa Rican law. The website operator is Manzu Invest SRL (Costa Rica Legal ID 3-102-868030).
