Three friends, one coastline.

One of us is from here. The other two fell for Costa Rica more than ten years ago — and kept finding reasons to come back.

What kept us all was Guanacaste. The forest behind the house. The dry season that turns the canopy gold. The howlers at six in the morning, the birds, the kind of quiet you can hear at night.

We decided to build something here together. A place to share with people who like what we like — nature, real comfort, slow mornings, long days, the occasional adventure.

In 2025 we built Nori Villas on 1,800 square meters that edge the rainforest, with part of the property hidden from any neighbour on any side.

The standalone villa has its own saltwater pool and sun deck, a treetop yoga platform, and a private rancho with BBQ and chill-out lounge. Four bedrooms, no shared spaces.

Next to it, two boutique villas — four suites in total, two upstairs and two by the pool — share a second saltwater pool, a rancho with BBQ and dining, and the Playita lounge with hammocks under the palms.

One of us lives here year-round. The other two move between Europe and Costa Rica. Between us, there is always someone on WhatsApp — and a small local team we trust.

Nori Villas is what we wanted to find. And what we wanted to share.
